Council of Trent: Session XXII, Canon 9

“If anyone says that the rite of the Roman Church, according to which a part of the canon and the words of consecration are pronounced in a low tone, is to be condemned,  let him be anathema.” Council of Trent (Session XXII, Canon 9).

Fr. Kramer's book is entirely online for free here. Better download it there than buy it off sodomy-supporting Amazon.com (they donated something like $2 million to support sodomy).

Also, the Synod of Pistoia upheld what this Trent canon condemns.
